Oleum Restaurant Opening
August 2007


Son Net has launched its new restaurant, Oleum, offering contemporary cuisine based on traditional Mallorcan influences courtesy of head chef Christian Rullan. Located in a fully renovated century old olive press room, the restaurant’s centrepiece is a period olive press set against a palette of dark reds and stone with rich gold detailing. Signature dishes include Suckling Pig from Mallorca with tomato sauce, tarragon, capers and Spunta potatoes; Terrine of Foie with duo pear, cardamom, confit of duck and raspberry.
